Beautiful hike & Nepal Tour
While planning our 5 day trip to Nepal, we wanted to go for a trek/hike, but dint know if we had enough time. We contacted the Holiday Hiking Team to get some information, & it turned out to be the best decision!
Hari was prompt and clear in his communication, despite English being his second language. He provided detailed information regarding hikes & walking tours, & gave the perfect recommendation of hiking from Dhampus, Pedi to Pothana, Deurali. The entire hike took us less than 2 days, yet helped us experience breath-taking views of the Annapurna Himalayan mountain range. Hari even took us for lunch mid-way through the hike, to a fabulous local roof-top restaurant, where we further devoured the views alongside our momos! We are amateur hikers, & Hari was patient, supportive, & friendly throughout. The overnight lodge at Pothana was comfortable, hygienic with a delicious food menu.
Hari is also very well-read in the history & culture of Nepal, which made the walking tour in Kathmandu even more interesting & fascinating.
We truly appreciate Hari's professionalism, & guidance towards local food, travel & souvenir shopping, which helped us soak in Nepal in all its glory. He also tailored every experience to suit our needs, ensured our safety, & patiently waited while we clicked a millions photos!
